What you need:
- chicken tenderloins (6-8)
- 1/2 cup oats
- spices
- 1/4 Cup Almond Milk if needed
What to do?
- Grind oats
- Roll chicken in oat flour
- Add almond milk to the oat flour if you find the oat flour is not sticking to the chicken
- Top with spices of your choice before cooking
- You can pan-fry for 10mins per side or bake them around 15-20mins on Medium heat setting
