Chicken Fingers Recipe- Simple & Easy to Make



What you need:
  • chicken tenderloins (6-8)
  • 1/2 cup oats
  • spices
  • 1/4 Cup Almond Milk if needed

What to do?
  • Grind oats
  • Roll chicken in oat flour
  • Add almond milk to the oat flour if you find the oat flour is not sticking to the chicken
  • Top with spices of your choice before cooking
  • You can pan-fry for 10mins per side or bake them around 15-20mins on Medium heat setting
