Calves Routine




---Calves Routine----
  • 6 sets Leg Press Raises-
  • 4 triple set hack squat raises ( toes pointed in,out,straight )
  • 4 sets standing raises -
  • 3 sets squat jumps onto platform -
5-10mins walk on treadmill on high incline angle.
Duration: 20-30mins

~Don't forget to stretch during and post workout!
