Let if FLY- CHEST Workout

Workout should last just over an hour, minimal rest between sets. give it a try!


  • 3 sets of pushups X 25 (feet on bench) 
  • 5 sets of 5 reps each for incline dumbbell press (close to your max) 
  • 3 more sets of pushups X 25 
  • 3 sets of machine flat bench press X 15 
  • 3 sets of pec deck flys X 15 
  • 3 sets of dips X 20 
  • dumbbell pullovers X 12 superset w/close grip dumbbell press 
  • 3 sets of standing incline cable flys 
  • 3 sets of standing lower cable flys
