CALVES- the neglected muscle group

After neglecting calves for past few months in preparation for comp & shoots, decided to get back on track and really show some love. While today was suppose to be an off day I had some extra energy and decided to gut out a calf workout. Completely isolated calves today through three major exercises:


1. Seated calf raies (1 warmup set,50reps) 6 working sets (40 reps 1st set, drop 5 reps for every following set)





2. Standing calf raises 4 sets (20-15 reps while increasing weight)





3. Inlcince front squat machine (used front squat machine as a form of incline standing calf raises)


4 sets- (Triple Set- 20 toes pointed in/ 20 toes pointed out/ 20 toes straight forward)




CALVES NEGLECTED NO MORE!
