Hemp Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats grounded
  • 1 scoop hemp protein or 1/2 hemp seeds grounded
  • 1 tsp xylitol
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 tsp olive oil
  • 1 piece chopped 100% Dark chocolate


Cooking instructions

  • Grind oats and hemp seeds in grinder
  • Stir all dry ingredients
  • Mix in olive oil and egg into dry mix and stir the mix together
  • Cook on 'medium' for about 3 mins per side


Fats: 15g  Protein: 25g   Carbs: 40g
