- 1/2 cup oats grounded
- 1 scoop hemp protein or 1/2 hemp seeds grounded
- 1 tsp xylitol
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp olive oil
- 1 piece chopped 100% Dark chocolate
Cooking instructions
- Grind oats and hemp seeds in grinder
- Stir all dry ingredients
- Mix in olive oil and egg into dry mix and stir the mix together
- Cook on 'medium' for about 3 mins per side
